Obtained from a selection of Pecorino grapes, vinified in purity, it resembles a bright straw yellow wine. On the nose, it has a floral fragrance with clearly obvious notes of white flowers and citrus, on the palate, it has a fresh, balanced taste, tasty, with an excellent body.


Grape variety: COCOCCIOLA 100%


Morphology and position of the soil: Cultivated on almost all vineyards, it adapts well to the different morphologies of the territory, preferring fresh and deep soils with a high percentage of well-drained sand.


Vinification: The harvest is carried out in the first ten days of September, after destemming and gentle pressing, a static cleaning is carried out on the must, followed by an alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature led by selected indigenous yeasts. Aging in stainless steel tanks about 4-5 months before bottling.


Appearance: Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections.


Odor: Delicate, fresh, fruity and largely floral bouquet with white grapefruit, citrus and acacia flowers.


Palate: Delicate, enveloping, with an excellent body.


Palate: Great freshness and flavor, with a very lemony finish and notes of white pulp.


Analytical data: 13% vol. Ac.Tot 6.0 g / l


Gastronomy: fish appetizers, roast fish, fried fish and white meats also ideal as an aperitif.
