1892:
Armande de Villeneuve Durfort, Baroness of Abbadie, dies out and the estate is sold at auction by his heirs
to the trading company Calvet who sells it 15 years later to Théophile-Jean Dubos.

1981:
Château Cantemerle is acquired by the SMA Group, Mutual Insurance Company of the Building and Public Works Companies.
