Chateau Beau-Sejour-Becot belonged to the Geres family, who received the estate of the Franciscan friars in the 17th century.
The property was sold by marriage to the family of Carles in the early eighteenth century. Jacques de Carles was a soldier and enjoyed the property very much, acquired by his father and renamed in 1787 "Raw Beausejour".

Around 1860
, the estate is shared between the heirs of the Ducarpe family and the estate is divided into two parts that gave birth to the Château Beau-Sejour Becot (10 hectares) and Château Beau-Sejour heirs Duffau-Lagarrosse (4 hectares).

Michel Bécot bought Chateau Beau-Sejour Bécot from Dr Fagouet and sells Chateau Beau-Sejour Becot to his two sons Gerard and Dominique Becot in 1985.
